How do we in our busy lives meet someone for dating in today’s world? It seems the thing to do these days is online dating on one of the many dating sites or answering or placing an ad on craiglist. Does anyone else find these sites mentally draining? I have been on more bad dates then I care to admit. There was the guy that his mommy took his phone and called me to tell me so, yes I kid you not. There was the guy that was addicted to chap stick and bright yellow-green t-shirt, so I wouldn’t miss him lol. Then there are the scammers, married guys who claim to be separated, or totally ignored at home, yet on their facebook page they appear to be the happy family. The men that have no money or time to date, as they are doing the right thing and supporting their children and have them every weekend. I applaud these men, but be realistic when do you have time to date. They don’t but want a sexting buddy to get off at night, because there isn’t enough porn on the internet lol. I will be journaling my encounters and welcome any feedback and comments. Don’t get me wrong the women, from what I hear are just as bad, as some just want a free meal or sex. Yes its 2016 and like men, some women just want a hook up. All this makes it very difficult for the ones that are truly looking to meet someone, get to know each other and in time see where it goes. I think to many try to hard to jump right into a serious relationship.
